Mississippi Studios :: March 14th

We will be playing a show at Mississippi Studios this coming Thursday (March 14th) with Catherine Feeny and Alameda. This is our first show with the full band in quite a while. We are excited to share a fair amount of new arrangements, as our new record is about to be mixed.

valentine’s – October 21st

We are happy to announce that we will be playing a local Portland show at Valentine’s on October 21st with Gallop and Fox & Woman. In other news, we have booked more studio time in November to finish our new record — alongside producer/engineer Matthew Morgan. More details to come soon.

After a bit of hibernation due to working on our new record, we are happy to announce 2 local shows coming up in Portland. July 15th with Kelli Scarr at Mississippi Studios, and July 21st at the Piano Fort for Gallop’s CD Release. We hope to see you soon.

Al’s Den @ Crystal Hotel

We will be playing a free show next week at Al’s Den @ The Crystal Hotel on May 29th.
We will be playing a stripped-down minimal set as a duo (Mark + Andrew), and will be playing some new songs.
Closing the evening will be Sloan Martin of Celilo.

doug fir :: march 14th

We are happy to announce that we will be playing at the Doug Fir Lounge with Great Wilderness on March 14th, who will be releasing a new single.

New Year, New Record.

We will be heading south, to record a new studio full length record during the first week of 2012. We will be tracking with engineer/producer Scott Barwick at the Origami Lounge. We are looking forward to this endeavor with a great deal of excitement, and will be setting a release date sometime next year. We will be periodically posting updates here on our website. December 15th – Last Show of the Year

We will be playing at Kelly’s Olympian on December 15th with our friends from Los Angeles The Janks, as well as our NYC friends Jo Schornikow and Scott Rudd. This will be our last show of the year, as in January we will be heading down to California to track a full length studio record. We hope to see you before we go.

Holocene :: November 16th

We will be performing at Holocene on November 16th, opening up for fellow Portlanders White Hinterland and Petoskey. We play first, at 8:30.

Lagerquist Concert Hall :: Tacoma, Washington (11/4/11)

Tacoma, Washington

We will be playing a FREE show in Tacoma, WA this friday night (November 4th) at Lagerquist Concert Hall. The event is sponsored by KCCR radio at PLU. This is going to be special.

FREE show at the Press Club!

We will be playing a FREE acoustic show at the Press Club in southeast Portland on October 29th.
Opening up the show will be our very own pianist Chris Miller. Chris has a collection of beautiful songs that he shares under the moniker Green Hills Alone.

We will be playing a show at the White Eagle Saloon on October 17th with Norman as a part of their residency at the White Eagle Saloon for the month of October. Also joining the evening is Duover. We are excited to be sharing the stage with such fine folks. This show is FREE.
